Please be aware of your institution's ethics policy as related to Ohio Revised Code 2921.43(A) and 102.03(D) and (E) when participating in conference and non-conference events.

Conference Registration Deadline - November 18 (registrations after this date are subject to a $50.00 late registration fee)
Cancellation Deadline - November 30th (last day for 100% refund-cancellations after this date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee; refund is only on conference registration).
NO REFUNDS after December 12, 2011.
November 30th is the deadline to cancel and receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between December 1 and December 11 are subject to a 50% conference registration cancellation fee (50% refund on conference registration only). NO refunds on or after December 12 even if you do not attend conference. If you do not cancel and do not attend you are responsible for the full amount of registration/membership fees, and will be billed.
NOTE: If you are a current member, you will be asked to select your membership
renewal type and will have the option of renewing for 2012. If you are not a current member, your 2011 membership dues will be included automatically in your registration.
