      The conference hotel rate is $95 plus tax.
      Deadline for room reservations is April 27, 2008.

Please be aware of your institution's ethics policy as related to Ohio Revised Code 2921.43(A) and 102.03(D) and (E) when participating in conference and non-conference events.

REGISTRATION FEES (Please note: OASFAA does not accept credit card payments.)
      $150.00 - Full conference
      $85.00 - One day
      Conference Registration Deadline - May 2 (registrations after this date are subject to
             a $25.00 late registration fee)
      Cancellation Deadline - May 9 (last day for 100% refund-cancellations after this date
             are subject to a 50% cancellation fee; refund is only on conference registration).
      NO REFUNDS ON or AFTER MAY 28, 2008.

May 9 is the deadline to cancel and receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between May 10 and May 27 are subject to a 50% conference registration cancellation fee (50% refund on conference registration only). NO refunds on or after May 28 even if you do not attend conference. If you do not cancel and do not attend you are responsible for the full amount of registration/membership fees, and will be billed.

As a reminder if a balance from a previous event is not paid in full, you will not be permitted to register/attend future events.

NOTE: If you are not a current member, your 2008 membership dues will be included automatically in your registration.

  • This is a multi-part registration and is not complete until you reach the final invoice page.

  • Initial Registration
    I AM in the OASFAA database
    Fill in your Username and Password. Your next screen (Part 2) will be your Member Profile as it currently appears in the database. You may change your password and make any other necessary corrections. Click "Continue" to go to Part 3.

    I AM NOT in the OASFAA database
    Your next screen (Part 2) will be a blank Member Profile page. Select a password. Do not use personal information for your password since this will be emailed to you. You will receive a copy of your Username and Password by email, following your registration. Use these for any future registrations. Complete the form and click "Continue" to go to Part 3.

  • Revise Registration
    If you are returning to revise your conference registration, please use the "Revise Existing Registration" section below. Enter your Username and Password. Part 2 is your Member Profile. In Part 3, your previous selection(s) will be shown. Make any necessary changes. Your previously entered registration information will be deleted and replaced with the new.

  • Cancel Registration
    Cancelling a Registration? Select "Cancel Registration" and enter your Username and Password. Your registration will be deleted from the records and cannot be recovered.

  • Need help? Contact support@oasfaa.org.
DO NOT use your username and password to register someone else!
This will not only erase your registration, but it will also delete you from the OASFAA database. If the person you are registering is in the database, please request their username and password. Otherwise, register them as a new person so they can be assigned a unique username and password of their own.
